Fostering is so rewarding and so beneficial to that animal.  As a foster you are their hero. There are so many benefits when you foster an animal. You are not only freeing up space in overcrowded shelters but you are also saving a life. When you foster it allows that animal to decompress and live in the comfort of a home. It allows us to get to know that animal better being in a non stressful loud environment such as a shelter. We really get to see them thrive! All dogs who enter foster care have been temperament tested. We work closely with a dedicated trainer who can offer assistance at anytime if needed. The foster home serves as a safe and comfortable environment for the rescue animal and allows all involved to learn about the animal before the animal is adopted into its forever home.  Every measure is to be taken to ensure a safe and comfortable living situation for the foster family and the rescue animal.  When you are a foster, there is no long term commitment. But best of all, when you foster with us, fostering is FREE! Bully Rescue of New Jersey Inc. pays all expenses. We also start you off with a foster care package. You just supply the space and we supply the rest!
